Chemical/Petroleum/Old Garbage odor

Description

As I was traveling out of town and came across the land fill I noticed a terrible stench coming from the hill. It was a combination of what appeared to smell like petroleum and old garbage. The wind was coming from the east of the town. A report was also made to the SJVAPCD
