Description
Terrible odor. There is a combination of smells coming from the landfill. Compost, oil, and a mixture of petroleum with old garbage.

Received a call from Lupe Jauregui from the SJVAPCD. He confirmed that the inspector did pick up a smell of petroleum and were going to investigate to see what the potential source might be.
