Avenal bad odor from the dump.

Description

For about 2 months now the dump odor is really bad. It is a chemical smell that irritates the throat and itches the nose, especially when you drive your car past the dump on the road and that smell enters through the vents of the car. It is so uncomfortable specially the itching on your nose. Beside that the odor is disgusting.
