Particulate matter hazard

Description

The empty lot that is now becoming a medical building, sponsored by the Bank of Sierra, has potential health and environmental violations. Particulates from dust originating from a huge mound of dirt, caused by recent construction, are reducing visibility, inhibiting breathing clean air, especially to children in a nearby school-Woodrow Wilson Middle School. I would like the contractors to mitigate PM and take immediate action to resolve this matter.
